Methodist Hospital for Surgery (MHfS) has been raising the standards for surgical care since 2010. Located in Addison, TX, the hospital recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary as one of the nation’s leading surgical hospitals.

With 32 beds and 7 operating rooms, MHfS delivers world-class care to patients in the Dallas/Fort Worth region and beyond. The hospital offers specialized surgical treatment and pain management in the areas of neuro-spine, ortho-spine, general orthopedics, podiatry, and ears, nose, and throat. These specialized services are supplemented by the hospital’s broad range of outpatient services including wound care and hyperbaric therapy, imaging, and physical therapy.

Recently, MHfS received a 5-star rating for Overall Hospital Quality from CMS. The rating summarizes a variety of measures across five areas of quality including mortality, safety of care, readmission, patient experience, and timely and effective care. CMS rated over 3,000 hospitals, and MHfS was one of only 455 hospitals that received a 5-star rating. 

MHfS also heavily reviews and improves patient satisfaction ratings. Patients consistently praise the hospital for delivering a high-quality experience that exceeds expectations.
